Cookies

Cancellation by Rozzelle

We would like to take a moment to inform you about our order acceptance and cancellation policy. Please understand that there may be circumstances where we are unable to accept certain orders and must proceed with cancellation. We want to assure you that this decision is made with utmost care and in line with our commitment to providing exceptional service.

At our discretion, we retain the right to refuse or cancel any order, always striving to maintain the highest standards. There are various situations that may lead to order cancellation, such as limitations on available quantities, inadvertent errors in product or pricing information, or the discovery of quality defects in the product. In certain cases, we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting an order.

Should any part or the entire order need to be cancelled or if we require additional information to process your order, we will reach out to you promptly. Rest assured that if your credit card has been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, the charged amount will be refunded to your Card Account without delay.

Cancellations by the User

We kindly request your understanding regarding our order cancellation process. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations based on various factors. If a cancellation notice is received and the order has not been processed or approved by us, we will gladly cancel the order and issue a full refund.

To ensure a smooth and efficient cancellation process, we kindly ask that cancellation requests be made within 24 hours of placing the order on our website. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed or for which the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour timeframe.
